Content Statistics
Important
Classic Content will be retired at the University of Arizona on August 17, 2026.
Starting then, New Content Experience will be the default in all sites. Between May 12 & August 16, 2026, users with an instructor role in a course site can toggle between Classic & New Content experiences. View Content Statistics
Content statistics allows you to view student engagement with the content inside your D2L course site.
Note
A user who visits multiple times is only counted once.
Step 1
Select Content on your course navbar.
Step 2
Select the Table of Contents link on the left side.
Step 3
Select the Related Tools button at the top of the page.
Step 4
Select View Reports.
Step 5
You'll be able to look at statistics by Content topics or Users (students).
Step 6
To export the data, select the Export Statistics button at the top of the page.
