Syncing Groups from Brightspace

Group syncing occurs automatically from FeedbackFruits to Brightspace and vice versa. You can create groups in FeedbackFruits using the Group Formation Tool and sync them back to Brightspace, or you can create groups in Brightspace and they will automatically sync to FeedbackFruits.

While groups that you create in Brightspace, in most cases, will automatically sync and be visible in FeedbackFruits, there are some cases where a manual sync needs to be triggered.

When groups are automatically syncing on a successful activity launch, you will see the group sync icon actively spinning at the top of your activity.

If there is an issue, a red ! indicator will appear, signaling the need for a manual sync.

If you see the red indicator, select the red ! indicator button, and select SYNC AGAIN on the pop-up screen that appears.
