Create and Launch Quizzes
This page explores how to create and launch quizzes for a Zoom meeting. The quizzes feature allows you to create questions with set answers for your meetings.
You will be able to launch the quiz during your meeting and gather the responses from your participants. Full details of the poll results, such as each participant's answers and submission times, are contained in the polling reports, which are available after the meeting by default but can also be made available during the live session. If you don't want to collect participant information with the poll results, you can conduct anonymous polls.
Quiz scores DO NOT sync or connect with Brightspace.
You can also create and launch normal polls, which don't have set answers applied.
Note
- To use the polling feature for meetings, it must be enabled on your user account. By default, it should already be enabled but it would be best to double-check your account settings to be sure. For instructions on enabling polling for meetings, view Zoom's Enabling polling for meetings (opens in a new tab) help page.
- You can create a max of 50 polls for a single meeting, with each poll having a max of 50 questions.
- If uploading images, they must be either PNG or JPEG format, and cannot exceed 2MB.
You can create your quiz questions before your meeting occurs or you can create them during your live meeting. The sections below will walk you through both methods and then also how to launch your quiz during the meeting.
