Instructional Technologies Supported by UCATT
The following list of instructional technologies are supported by UCATT's Instructional Technology Team:
- Canvas Credentials - badging software
- Brightspace - course websites
- Examity - exam proctoring
- Gradescope - assignment creation and grading
- HonorLock - exam proctoring
- Panopto - video recording, streaming, and quizzing
- Playposit - in-video quizzing
- Respondus LockDown Browser - exam security for in-person proctored exams
- TopHat - web polling
- Turnitin - similarity detection
- Voicethread - multi-media discussion boards
- Zoom - online meetings
Note
You are welcome to use other apps in your classroom. However, be aware that support does not exist on campus for those apps. For a list of some apps that can be used but are not supported see the Instructional Technologies NOT Supported by UCATT section below.
Other Instructional Technologies Supported On Campus
These are supported by other teams on campus.
- Adobe Suite (opens in new tab) - to include Acrobat, Creative Cloud, Spark Stock etc.
- Microsoft Suite (opens in new tab) - to include Word, SharePoint, Teams, etc.

Some colleges and departments purchase additional software. For help, contact your unit's IT department.

The following applications can be enabled on a course by course basis but campus does not provide any further kind of support for the tool.
