Create a UArizona H5P Author Account

You will first need to establish an Author account on UArizona’s H5P platform if you haven’t previously created H5P activities on the platform. There are two ways to create an Author account:  

• Request an H5P Author Account if you are planning to use H5P activities outside of D2L: Request H5P Account form (opens in a new tab).
• Create an H5P Author Account if you are planning to use H5P activities within a D2L course.

Create an H5P Author Account within a D2L Course

Step 1

Using a web browser, go to UArizona’s D2L Homepage and log in with your UArizona NetID, then select any course. UArizona D2L Login (opens in a new tab).

Step 2

Select an existing module in Content.

Step 3

Select the Existing Activities button.

Step 4

Select H5P from the list of drop-down options.

Selecting H5P passes you through to UArizona’s H5P platform, and you have successfully established an H5P Author account! Instructors who have completed these steps within a D2L course can use the direct link to UArizona’s H5P platform at https://arizona.h5p.com/ (opens in a new tab).
