Tablet & Phone Troubleshooting
PlayPosit has no Android or iOS app. As long as you have the latest version of Google Chrome, you should be able to view PlayPosit Bulbs on a mobile device in the browser. However, for the best experience, we recommend viewing Bulbs on a computer or laptop. If you would like to build Bulbs, we recommend that you access PlayPosit through a computer or laptop.
If you are viewing a bulb on an Apple device with the Safari browser, you might experience playback issues. First, check to make sure that Prevent Cross-Site Tracking is un-selected in the browser privacy settings.
- In the Safari app on your device, choose Safari, then choose Settings, then find Privacy & Security.
- Un-select Prevent cross-site tracking.
To learn how to prevent cross-site tracking in the Chrome app on your device (turn OFF 'Allow Cross-Website Tracking'), please visit How do I enable cross-site tracking on an iPad? (opens in a new tab).
Interaction Questions Not Appearing
If the interaction questions do not appear in the bulb, first enable cookies, disable cross-site tracking, and allow pop ups in your browser as described in the sections above. If those steps don't work, try changing the video source by following the steps below:
- Select Settings (gear icon) in the scrub bar.
- Under the Video menu, select Panopto.
- This will open a drop-down that allows you to change sources. Choose MP4 under Source 2.
Please schedule a consult if adjusting the browser settings and changing the video source does not resolve the issue.
