Create a Top Hat Course

These steps do show how to create a course in Top Hat. To connect an existing D2L course to an existing Top Hat course, please see our Connect Top Hat to a D2L Course help page. To create a course within Top Hat, please follow the steps below.

Instructional Steps

Step 1

To create a course, select the Create Course button in the upper-right corner of the course lobby.

In the pop-up that appears, input the required course information, then select Create.

Step 3

You will be brought to the Content section of your newly created course. You can create more courses by navigating back to your course lobby (My Courses) in the upper-left corner of your account header.
